About GreenSpot

GreenSpot Travel was founded in 2006 by Irene and Richard Edwards, and is now a world-renowned experiential travel designer for custom eco-luxe vacations.

Our speciality is trip planning, which means we work with travelers to create unrivaled ecotourism experiences for them in iconic destinations like Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Iceland. We work with a carefully-selected portfolio of acccommodation and activity providers that align with the values of today’s conscious and experiential travel, who are looking for authentic experiences and high standards of quality and social responsibility.

Policies

• After you have received an initial itinerary from us, we require a fee of $350 to continue travel planning with you. Once you book, this fee is applied to the total cost of your trip.
• A $500 per person deposit is required upon booking a GreenSpot trip. The balance of your trip will be due 60 days prior to your departure date.

Individual travellers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects
